3.8 miles: Local park

Today I ran 3.8 miles around the local park. I am trying to focus on building speed before distance. The goal is to get to a good 5 mile pace before increasing my distance beyond maybe a once a week longer run.

30 minutes run

Last night I ran for 30 minutes around the parking lot after the wife got home.  Decent run.

Today I ran 3.2 miles. The next few weeks should be good for running. Time to run.

4.2 miles: A bit better

Today I ran 4.2 miles.  It was the first run back where I felt some progress in the return to running. Still have a long way to go but I'm on the road/trail.

3 miles Sunday night

Sunday night I ran 3 miles around the complex.  Boy, am I out of shape.

About 2 miles of movement on Saturday

Saturday I went to the park with the family. The boy, wife and I ran/walked/jogged about 2 miles around the park.  Fun.

Friday afternoon I ran three miles. I am basically starting over with running.  My fitness is not good right now.

3.2 miles: I'm back

I've finally felt better for three days and I went for a run. Three point something and not super easy but it was good to be out there again.
