Today I went 3.7 miles. I ran on the cross country path (above), walked and ran on campus and took a hike (below) down the hill towards the river. Good day but sunny.

Today I went 3.7 miles. I ran on the cross country path (above), walked and ran on campus and took a hike (below) down the hill towards the river. Good day but sunny.

Looks like a nice variety of trails available. I am doing more road running to get experience on hills. Ran just under five early this morning. Triathlon is on paved undulating path through woods.
ReplyDeleteThe campus is most flat but the trails are on some good hills. I hope to be running them at some point.
