I'm taking a two week running break. I've heard a few interviews in the last week from the top ultrarunners. They all take off between 2 and 3 weeks each year to heal. Now is a good time for me since my ankle still hurts a bit. I'll do some other forms of exercise over the next two weeks. See you in a bit over two weeks. I'll then start training specifically for the two fall marathons and then switch over to training for the Strolling Jim.
