Today I ran 7.3 miles. I had to work most of the day and so had less time to run. I'm not sure I would have run much more anyway. I'm feeling a bit tired all around. I'm not a big fan of running in loops but I'm less of a fan of Friday afternoon traffic, especially with some rain and puddles around.
