Monthly review for February


Not including, yesterday's toe stubbing, this was a good month. The 30 day average decreased overall this month but that's not the point (it will go back up this coming month). The point when training for the 40 mile run is the distance of the long runs. I had a few long runs of over 20 miles, including a good 27 mile run. Assuming the toe does not cause long-term problems, this coming month should see me run 30 miles for the first time. The goal is to do 2-3 30 mile training runs before the 40.
