5 miles (Friday, Saturday and Monday)

This past weekend I did 3 five mile runs (on average). Good runs pace runs in humid weather.

4.5 miles

Today I ran 4.5 miles. It was warm and humid. Ran the first 2 fast and the last two and a half at a variable speeds. Good run.

12.5 miles: Summer slog

Today I went 12.5 miles. It was in the mid 90's and humid. Perfect weather to hate the south in.


Not a great run but it's done.

5 Miles Saturday and Sunday

After taking some more time off to let the leg heal, I ran 5 miles yesterday and today.  Felt like I took time off. 

1 Hour hill workout

Today I ran for an hour around a hilly estate in central PA. Good workout, hot but less humid than the south.

5 miles: Humid run

Today I did the Starbucks and back run. It was in the lower 80 and overcast but it seemed very humid. I ran this one faster than the last few runs (more like a 5k pace).  Good run.

10.6 miles: Graveyard run

Today I ran 10.6 miles. Now that I'm thinking about it I should have run 13 since it's Friday the 13th. Anyway, it was a good run as it was overcast and a decent temperature for the summer.
