Yesterday I ran 5.7 miles. It was good running more than 3 miles but the hills in CA made those three just as hard as this run if not harder. I got picked up for my good paying but busy work job for the spring and summer. I'm not sure exactly how it will affect my running time but it will no doubt leave less time for running very long training runs.

5.7 miles (Friday)
Yesterday I ran 5.7 miles. It was good running more than 3 miles but the hills in CA made those three just as hard as this run if not harder.
