20 miles and 88 degrees

Today I ran 20 miles. It was a good run considering the mean heat that will not go away. It was 88 and sunny at the end of the run. I ran around town for the first 14 or so and then did loops at the local park.
A dog did come after me in a local area I normally avoid. I think I remember why I avoid that area.
