I ran today for an hour rather than trying to run a set distance (0.6 liters of water). I plan to do the same thing tomorrow. This stick in the road turned out to be a snake on the road. I forgot to record the temperature but it seemed to be in the 80's and overcast.
**Post note: it looks like this snake is a Copperhead (venomous)
