Hanover weather

7.3 miles, it's brutal out there.

Ran 7.3 miles this morning. It was Sunny, Hot and humid at the end with the temperature at 88 in the shade. I actually had some decent speed and my fastest mile was a good one up a hill during mile 6.


Happy to be inside now.

    Weather seems a little dangerous. Better get an ice suit to run in
