(photo above taken around mile 4 on map below)Today I ran 26.3 miles. It was a decent last long run with a good pace. I feel a tiny bit sick, maybe 10% off top condition. I'm not sure if I am coming down with something or if it is just a very bad pollen time.
Anyway, I wasn't sure how this run was going to go. It went really well till about mile 20. If I was close to home at 20 miles I would have stopped but I was about 4 miles away. By the time I got about a mile from home I was feeling better so I add one two loops at the local park. A marathon distance seemed like enough so I stopped.
